Our Rules

1. All hunts are for a specific number of days.
            

2. Deposits are payable for all bookings as indicated.
                     

3. All animal (trophy) fees must be paid at the farm before departure.
                 

4. Payments are to be made in cash or into our account.
               

5. Fifty percent (50%) of the daily rate for the duration of the safari and the selected or special hunt trophies is required to secure your booking.  Payment is to be made 60 days prior to your safari.
               

6. Cancellation of bookings is subject to a ten week written notice, in which case fifty percent of your deposit is refundable.  Should cancellations be made within a shorter period, the full deposit will be forfeited.
